About the Role

This is a full-time remote position for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and recruiting activities.


Employment Status: W2 or 1099 available

Compensation: Base + Commission

Job Description
  • Collaborate with our Leadership and local Medical Directors/Lead APPs to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.

  • Receiving applications, interviewing and assessing candidates, and creating shortlists.

  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications against job requirements.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding new employees.

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – Salesforce.

  • Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.

  • Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback to enhance performance management processes.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and management.

  • Servicing an existing client base and signing new clients.

  • Maintaining and growing a lead database.

  • Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring

  • Strong Employer Branding and Interviewing capabilities

  • Demonstrated experience in HR sourcing and talent acquisition is crucial

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Understanding of recruitment practices within the healthcare industry

  • Experience with campus recruitment initiatives is advantageous

  • Skilled in using ATS platforms (Salesforce) to handle recruitment processes

  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are vital for overseeing multiple recruitment projects at once

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
